Momodou L. Jarju otherwise known as Rongo is facing a strong legal team of three lawyers led by former attorney general Mr Kebba Sanyang. When he was asked why he did not secure the service of a lawyer to argue his case at the highest court of the land the layperson said his case to secure his title to land is straight forward and clear cut.
For now, he has put the legal team of the respondent on the edge. They have to ask for time to go through voluminous documentary evidence.
