Gambian wing wizard Lamin Jarju has stolen the headlines again after inspiring his side Al Hilal to crush Al Zouma 2-0 in the Sudanese premier league on Monday.

The diminutive and tricky right-winger put his name on the scoresheet after beating two defenders in the penalty box and struck the ball into the net. This comes after his teammate Salah Adel registered the first goal. The former CasaSports forward now has two goals in this season.

Al-Hilal are the league leaders with 38 points after playing 15 matches in the 18-team-table. They are five points clear of 2nd-placed Al-Merrikh who have a game in hand. They have scored 37 goals already, the highest in the league and Jarju has been a main contributor to this feat.

Al-Hilal will host 7th-placed Hay Al Wadi in their next match on Thursday.
