Jerry Colley a member of Gambia National Armed Forces who was detained at the Yundum Barrack was released on Thursday 26th January 2017 after serving 75 days in detention.
A family member called this medium to indicate that their loved one Jerry Colley was arrested by the Military Police on the 12th of November and detained at the Yundum Barracks.
However the family said, he was released on Thursday 26th January 2017 and that they are not aware of any charge preferred against him.
It could be recall that Jerry Colley (Soldier) was part of the people listed in issue number 17 under the question of the day as people under detention without trial and called on the Government to investigate why their orders to release detainees was not adhered to.
