By Sulayman Bah Another Real De Banjul player is out this time on trial in Italy, the club confirms. Famara Jarju, who, three seasons ago had a try-out with Belgium’s top club Anderlecht, is again on the move in search of a club in Europe. The attacking midfielder, according to the capital-based club, is to fly out tomorrow to Rome where he’s to undergo a month audition with US Cremonese in the Liga Pro, third division. Dubbed Kallon, Famara helped Real De Banjul to win the GFF domestic league title during the past campaign. “I’m looking forward to the challenge and will give it the best shot. Italy is a good football country and I’m happy to be invited. I promise to do my best while there.”A hopeful Jarju told the club site ahead of his departure today. He makes it the third RDB player shipped out of the country for pastures new elsewhere after ex-captain Bubacarr Sanneh and EbrimaSanneh. The case of Lamin Jallow recently snapped up by Serie A outfit Chievo Verona, remains a contentious subject with both Real De Banjul and Bakau United claiming ownership of the midfielder. Should he sign, Famara will become the third Gambian playing in Italy after Ali Sowe and Jallow.]]>
