Lamin Jallow was over the weekend part of players leading Trapani’s revamp in fortune scoring on his debut.
Signed on a six-month deal last week, the Gambia international joined Trapani in a bid to aid his rapid progress by securing playing minutes after seeing chances hard to come by at parent club Chievo Verona.
Acquired to ensure the side’s escape the clutches of relegation, Lamin got off to do just that, climbing off the bench as teammate Citro’s replacement in the 78th minute to poke the game’s final goal.
The 22-year-old was put clear on goal and slotted the ball with relative ease past the advancing opposing goalkeeper.
Trapani occupies the table basement in the Italian second division but could get off to places if their new found winning streak continues.
