QUESTION OF THE DAY
Nothing has been published in the Gazette to indicate that a Bill is being subjected to due constitutional processes for introduction into the National Assembly for consideration. A Bill to amend the Constitution has to be published for no less than three months and ten days. The hope for a new Constitution through the initiative of the executive appears to be fading. May be the parliamentary could save the situation if a change of opinion is achieved in the next sitting.
