QUESTION OF THE DAY
The National Assembly is settling down to business. It should be clear whether the current ministers are going to continue to perform their mandate in collaboration with the National Assembly. If Barrow is to reshuffle his cabinet the time is now. Any delay will leave a vacuum in the conduct of the business of the National Assembly if some ministers serve only to hand over their portfolio to others.
So long as the presidential elections took place four months before the National Assembly elections one would have expected that the composition of cabinet would have been finalised by now. The eyes are open. Foroyaa will report on any new development that will emerge.
