The Court of Appeal has confirmed what Foroyaa has been conveying all this while that assets frozen during a Commission of Inquiry must not be sold. They should be held in public trust until the Commission makes its recommendation. The Court of Appeal has given a verdict in that regard. The tractors and other assets frozen should not be auctioned but should be held.
