QUESTION OF THE DAY
THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY SHOULD ANSWER
The Executive appears to be undecided on the state of Emergency. There is easing of restrictions without any regulation backing them. There is also confusion in the counting of the number of days before a state of emergency lapses. The National Assembly cannot be silent on this matter since it is given the power of oversight. Foroyaa will take up the matter in its Friday edition tomorrow.
