QUESTION OF THE DAY
When a court issues an order the person or corporate body against whom the order is made will have to comply.
The IEC is to meet to review the high court decision on the Citizens’ Alliance case. The question is how soon and why. Are they contemplating to appeal and at the same time apply for a stay of execution which will stall the nomination process? Does the IEC want to tread this path?
Foroyaa will continue to monitor the situation.
Needless to say, time is not on the side of CA.
