This question should be put to Mr Khan, the coordinator and liaison of the Federation of Cooperatives and request for him to explain very clearly whether monies have been given to any individual to purchase groundnuts at the Mamadfana secco and whether the registrar general of cooperatives has issued any licence for the Mamudfana cooperatives to become legally operational.
If no licence has been issued ,then what is the legal basis of authorising anyone to be receiving Qmoney deposits in an account to purchase groundnuts.
