HAS PRESIDENT BARROW FORMED HIS CABINET?
It is surprising that before formal appointments, announcements and swearing in of cabinet ministers are made names of people in President Barrow’s cabinet are circulating all over the globe. Some people are even said to have rejected cabinet posts offered to them. This is rather unfortunate.
As far as Foroyaa is aware an informal process of indicating who may assume certain cabinet posts has actually taken place. The normal procedure is for appointments to be done in writing and for those appointed to reply in writing. Those appointed cannot become ministers until they are sworn-in.
The public should therefore wait for the process to be completed and inquire from those who do not occupy cabinet posts to give their reasons before drawing any conclusion.
