GPF bids farewell to former AIG Landing Bojang

The Office of The Inspector General of Police extends its heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to Former Assistant Inspector General of Police Landing Bojang upon his retirement.

AIG Bojang retired following an esteemed career that concluded with two additional years of contract service ending April 30, 2024.

Landing Bojang joined the Gambia Police Force in 1982. He served the Police Force for over four decades.

He worked in various capacities within the Police force, culminating in his role as Assistant Inspector General.

‘His commitment and contributions have left an indelible mark on the GPF and The Gambia,’ Police spokesperson Cadet ASP Modou Musa Sisawo stated.

‘As we bid farewell, we express our deepest appreciation for his distinguished service and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.’
