TheLamin Kaba Bajo 2 race for the GFF presidency is now a three-horse one following the disqualification of Kebbeh and Kinteh.  Three candidates:Lamin KabaBajo, Omar Danso and BubaBojanghave all been cleared to contest coming on the back of an indepth vetting by the Normalisation Committee but just who are these individuals and what have they to offer? Foroyaa Sport takesa one-by-one look into their manifestos beginning with KabaBajo. LaminKabaBajo: A native of Brikama, born in 1964, Bajo is a Gambian seasoned diplomat who’d held plethora of portfolios including ministerial and ambassadorial posts under the current government. He had had stint at the Gambia Armed Forces first joining the then gendarmerie in 1984 and later rose to the position of presidential guard Corps. A Muslim High graduate, Kaba furthered his studies obtaining a Master’s Degree in Diplomatic Studies at the University of Leicester, the United Kingdom. Has he any sporting ties? His emergence as a potential presidential-hopeful during nominations period had dozen tongue-wagging with many wondering his commitment to sports. However, Kaba has once served as Sports Minister in this country. And in Brikama where he hails from, he was board member of nawettan team New Town United and Justice Football Club in the 80s.
