Lawyer Lamin K Mboge said on Tuesday 20th April 2021 that his clients Ganbanaax have instituted civil action against the Alkalo of Garawol, the chief of Kantora and the regional governor of Upper River Region.
He said: “The Alkalo of Garawol, the Chief of Kantora Alh Bachor Ceesay and the Regional Governor for URR Samba Bah were sermon at the high court for disturbing Ganbanaax faction for building their Mosque and the Quranic School and the case is scheduled on Monday 31st May 2021.”
This reporter also visit the regional governor of URR Samba Bah in his office at Basse Mansajang kunda for confirmation, and he said: “Yes I can only confirm to you that I am sermon with the Alkalo of Garawol and the chief of Kantora, but I cannot say anything more than that because the matter is before the court.”
