Confirmation of the country’s qualification follows ruling the by AVC after Gambia tied with Sierra Leone and Senegal on five points each during the qualifiers held in Dakar. For a tie, ruling is based on rally point ratio and Gambia breezed into the All-Africa Games beach volleyball books having finished 2nd in the men category but third in the female events.
