By Sailu Bah The family members of Bakary Bojang, who was reported to have been allegedly shotBakary Bojang, alias “Gosso” dead on Tuesday, 30 December, 2014, are claiming that they are being denied access to his corpse. Bakary, commonly known as ‘Gosso’, (a young man said to be mentally ill), was said to have met his untimely dead in the early hours of the morning around the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital (EFSTH) at Independence Drive on that fateful day. Since then the family has been trying to access the corpse in order to give him a proper burial in keeping with religious rites, according to a close family source. The relative told this reporter that they have been going to the mortuary on several occasions but were not allowed access to the corpse. “The mortuary is presently being guarded by armed soldiers and we are not allowed access to see Bakery’s corpse,” she said. The relative expressed sadness at Bakary’s death, adding “he is a mentally disturbed person and was harmless.”]]>
