DIPLOMATIC MUSICAL CHAIR GOES ON BETWEEN THE GAMBIA AND EU

Foroyaa has reliably learnt that at the time of the expulsion of the Chargee d’ Affaires of the EU Delegation in the Gambia, Federica Mogherin, EU Foreign Affairs ChiefYaya JammehMadame Agnes Guillaud, the EU was contemplating the upgrading of the diplomatic mission.

How matters stand now is under investigation and Gambians should not be surprise if a new Chargee takes charge and the political dialogue starts afresh, as the Gambian budget becomes starved of grants.

Gambians should be aware that the decisions taken by the government do have impact on the lives of the people. Today many Gambians have to go to Senegal or even farther afield to get visas.

The external personality of the country depends on the level of liberty, dignity and prosperity of our people.
