Demba Savage is perhaps gliding back to the days he banged goals game in game out.

The winger exploded to the fullest against bottom-placed JJK, and served the opponents reminders of why they’re stuck on the table basement.

It took less than two minutes for the Gambia international to heap damage on their adversaries’ defense.

The 28-year-old broke free in the box, spreading a light pass to dispossess an advancing marker before letting fly a shot at roof of the net for the first goal and racing to the fans with a pumping fist in the air celebration.

The second goal was typical trade mark of his –racing unmarked in the penalty area to reach the end of a pass from the left that the goalkeeper stood no chance of blocking.

Teammates Pelvas Dahlstrom completed the routing as HJK ran out 4-0 victors.

The capital club looks destined to clinch the trophy having seen the gong elude their grip the previous championship.

HJK tops the standings amassing a combined 49 points in twenty-three games with a huge 11 points between them and title contenders Lahti.
