The Minister of Information should find out whether he is under arrest by the security forces of the state and facilitate his release if he is under their custody. If they do not have him under custody the law enforcement officers should do diligent investigation in search of the culprit. It is amazing that a person could disappear without trace in a country which has a government which claims to be in full charge of the security of the people. The legitimacy of a Government is premised on its capacity to protect the security of its citizens. ]]>
