By Sulayman Bah There cannot be any mouthwatering clash in the weekend other thanLEKET Leket’s uphill battle against Mboran tomorrow. The two are pitted to face-off in an enticing ‘Mbapat’ duel at the Serekunda West mini-stadium under Nasiruuden promotion brand’s flagship. The two have already conducted their pre-match war-of –words but what is yet to be seen is the scintillating showdown. Both Mboran and Leket expressed optimism ahead of the cracker. “I will flatten you come the day,” said Leket. In response, Mboran said “By God’s will, I will wrestle you down.” Mboran’s last fixture was an emphatic win over Manduwar of club Jeff Jell based on a referee’s decision at the Independence Stadium. Leket Bu Barra, on the other hand, managed to pick the spoils in a scintillating pairing that ended after fifteen minutes. His opponent Kojaro, gave the Gambian captain a 15-minute scare in the regional competition at the Buffer Zone two months ago. The Barra-born wrestler boasts of a standing unbeaten record in the arena, having beaten Boy Bakau, Manduwar, Jokardo and Kojaro along the way. But with Mboran, he is touted to have nothing less than a tough battle.    ]]>
