It is very common for roads to start having potholes after few years of construction because of poor drainage facilities. Where drains exist Foroyaa has discovered that many are uncovered leaving people to turn them into waste disposal receptacles. Foroyaa is convinced that unless maximum effort is made to ensure adequate construction and maintenance of roads, roads will be dilapidated much earlier than expected.
