Mr Bora Sisawo, who was detained by the police over social media posts/comments, was granted bail on October 9, 2023.
Cadet Superintendent the Public Relations Officer of the Gambia Police Force said starting from Wednesday 11th October 2023, Bora will be required to report to the Kairaba Police Station as a condition of his bail.
Mr Bora Sisawo was initially arrested over social media posts/comments and was granted bail.
The Gambia Police Force on Wednesday 4th October 2023 revoked his bail and he was rearrested and detained at the Anti-Crime Unit.
Yesterday the 9th October 2023 Bora was again granted bail for the second time on the same issue.
