By Sulayman Bah Erstwhile Gambia U-20 striker Ebrima Camara has reportedly sign the dotted lines in Oman, it has emerged. According to Bakau United’s official social media page, the forward’s contract duration with Omani second tier side Jalaanruns is for one year and Camara himself hours later endorsed the announcement on his timeline. The attacker posted a photo of him dinning with countryman MuctarrJallow who’s already in the Omani club’s pay books. However, sought for comment, Bakau United’s club president Bala Darboe dragged his feet over giving a definite answer but said the deal is not confirmed yet. Should the deal be completed including work permit after agreement in principle, it will make Ebrima Camara the third Gambia acquisition in Jalaan’s roster after former Real De Banjul’s MuctarrJallow and ModouNjieSarr signed last year. Nicknamed Bura, Camara had a two-season stint with Ghana’s top flight club Liberty Professionals whom he attracted during the CAF youth champions in South Africa while he was with the Gambia U-20s.]]>
