Evidence exists of cars with tinted glasses moving about without number plates. Investigative journalists did see the need to discuss the matter and do more inquiry into the subject matter.
Foroyaa is prevailing on those in charge of security to do their own investigation and open up to the media for further explanation as to why this is the case. And in the next issue Foroyaa, will publish the information gathered so far from this investigation, because the movement of vehicles without number plates is seen as a security breach and threat.
Hence the matter is a public concern and the paper will explain why in its publication.
