By Sulayman Bah AlieuDarbo has joined Levante’s U-23 on an undisclosed sum, Foroyaa Sport can report. The 22-year-old moved to Spain after a transfer to Italy’s second tier side Crotone fell through months ago. A deal has already been agreed in principle before the process hit wall bricks after disagreement over salary ensued between the club and the player’s representatives. Following the fall-out, Swedish second tier outfit LandskronaBols came calling, but again an agreement couldn’t be reached as a result of the player’s wage demands. However, the Gambian player has secured a club in Spanish club Levante’s U-23s after shuttling between clubs. The midfielder and former Le Mans ace was a member of Gambia’s U-17s in the World Youth Cup in Nigeria 2009.]]>
