GRTS television on Tuesday night announced that President Jammeh has reappointed Mr Momodou Aki Bayo as Minister of 
Lands and Regional Government with immediate effect. Mr Bayo was relieved of his minister of Lands and Regional Government just 11 days ago on December 4, 2015.
In the same vein, the president yesterday relieved Mr. Momodou Lamin Gibba of the portfolio of Minister of Lands and Regional Government. He too was appointed on 4 December 2015 to replace Mr Aki Bayo.
Momodou Aki Bayo was relieved of his post as Minister for Local Government and Lands in 2013 but he was appointed again in April 2014 when the person who replaced him also was removed.
