Gambia striker Assan Ceesay has been allowed to feature in Niarry Tally’s games despite Gamtel and the 
Senegalese club yet to broker a deal over the player’s loan transfer.
The player departed Casa Sport to move to fellow Senegalese side Niarry Tally.
Ceesay’s move there was to be subjected to trial by Tally whom he later impressed. The Dakar-based club is now inundating Gamtel’s space over signing the Gambian forward on season-long deal.
Gamtel’s club manager Kebba Touray confirmed to Foroyaa Sport negotiations have started between the clubs and Assan has been given the all-clear to play for Niarry Tally in a bid to smoothen matters even though a definite agreement is yet to be reached.
‘Is not finalised yet. We are allowing him (Assan) to play. We are on negotiations with Niarry Tally but we are going to finalise 
before next week. He is still in the system as an international transfer (though),’ erstwhile GFF top brass, Touray tells this publication.
The 22-year-old Gambia international scored over the weekend on his debut in what was the club’s opener league game of the new Senegalese domestic season as they beat Mbour Petite Cote 2-1.
Assan was a big part of Casa Sport’s campaign this year and earned two-calls up under coach Raoul Savoy to the national team.

Days ago, Hawks let go three of its key players namely Kabba Sambou, Alfusainey Gassama and striker Omar Sarr to Stade de Mbour on 12-month deals while Steve Biko also oversaw the departures of captain Modou Jatta and Saikou Conteh to clubs in Senegal.
These new switches, are a stark reminder of the massive player wages between Gambia and Senegal and is strongly believed to be the reason behind the sudden influx of Gambians in the Senegalese Championat.
Last year alone, up to six players swapped Gambia for Senegal including Yaya Kujabi, Pa Amadou Gai, goalkeeper Modou Jobe and Alieu Jatta who plies in the second tier after winning the FA Cup with Generation Foot
