There is need for monitoring of all the land disputes in the country and a proper evaluation done on their cause, possible consequences and remedies. This will lift the burden from the courts that are supposed to ensure the dispensation of justice. It will also prevent conflict between the security services and the population which ultimately transforms such services into a force that could cause regrettable harm to people and properties.
