Dawda Pateh Bah, who has been at loggerhead with the Chief of Nianija District, has alleged that one Dawda Bah from the village of Buduk where he resides had assaulted him and injured him on his head. The police had promised to prosecute him and file the case by 19th September. Pateh (the complainant) is waiting for the case to be brought before court. The police have given assurance that they will proceed with the prosecution of Dawda Bah.
