Sanna Camara’s bail extended to Monday Again

By Mustapha Jallow Journalist Sanna Camara, a Senior Reporter with The Standard Newspaper, who was earlier arrested by the state security agents and detained overnight at the Bundung Police Station,,released on bail without charge, is still reporting at the .Police headquarters in Banjul. When Sanna went to the station on Tuesday 15^th July, he was again ordered to report on bail on 21^st of July, 2014 at the Police headquarters in Banjul. Readers would recall that Camara’s arrest was said to be in connection with an article, the Standard Newspaper published in its Friday edition of 27^th July, 2014, titled: “Police ‘admit’ Problems with Human Trafficking,” in which he made reference to a purported interview he had with the Police Public Relation Officer (PRO) of the Gambia Police Force, ASP David Kujabi  ]]>
