High Court Summons Bakary Suso to Appear

Justice Ebrima Jaiteh of the Banjul High Court has issued a subpoena (summons) for Bakary Suso to appear before him in the passport scandal case involving Mansa Sumareh and Ebrima J. Sanneh.
Sumareh was the Chief Driver at State House and Ebrima J. Sanneh, a former protocol officer at the Ministry of Finance. Both are accused of conspiring among themselves to procure a Gambian diplomatic passport for one Bakary K. Suso.
The prosecution is finding it difficult to bring Bakary Suso to testify in the case and therefore, applied for Suso to be subpoenaed to appear and testify in the trial.
