QUESTION OF THE DAY
On Tuesday 14th December, the UDP filed its petition at the Supreme Court against the results of the December 2021 presidential election.
Foroyaa will follow the Supreme Court to its conclusion. Readers would recollect that in 2016 it was the incumbent that filed a petition. This time the Supreme Court is fully constituted and one would expect that priority would be given to the case.
