Carrying knives appears to be a new way of stealing in broad day light. Bags appear to be the target and team work appears to be the approach. One will stab and as the victim succumbs to the excruciating pain the others grab their booty and start running.
Hence carrying bags in secluded places or late at night should be avoided. A most recent case is a staff of the National Audit Office. The security apparatus should take note of this new phenomenon and strive to control the use of knives in broad daylight or at night to carry out armed robbery.
