Cabinet operates on the principle of collective responsibility. It is important to explain to the public whether other Cabinet Ministers have been cleared and how they are conducting national affairs under such challenging circumstances.
The Ministers have also been interacting with National Assembly Members. The Ministry of Health should also organize voluntary testing services for all Ministers and National Assembly Members so that the status of all will be known before the next National Assembly Session.
