QUESTION OF THE DAY
Administering an institution requires cooperation between management and staff. The Social Security has management with staff representation. Foroyaa has gathered that Mr Momodou Camara is a staff representative in the Board. His suspension led the staff to down tools. Consequently unrest was fueled. Intervention by security chiefs to foil the unrest eventually led to a return to the status quo while a task force is established to look into the source and nature of the conflict between staff and management. Foroyaa will continue to monitor the situation and report on developments.
