HOW WILL THE GOVERNMENT PREVENT A RECURRENCE OF FARATO?
It is advisable for the government to give priority to the operation of a Lands Commission so that all issues dealing with land that could lead to the Farato incident could be addressed in a special way to give justice to those who own the pieces of land and those who bought the pieces of land.
Such issues are part and parcel of those pieces of land that are to be handled under a transitional justice arrangement.
