Twenty gaffers in Volleyball are set to be trained Thursday at the
Independence Stadium Friendship Hostel.
To be staged by top volleyball institutions from the continent and
other allied partners, the seven-day session beginning March 12th will focus on horning skills of local coaches on laws governing the sport.Volleyball is a sport walking the pedestal and organisers of the
week-long training believe, the session, to be conducted by Austria’s
Johaan Huber an international expert –in the word of the federation’s
spokesperson –would help give coaches the needed bolstering.
A crucial player in the holding of such an intensive programme,
Federation of International Volleyball Associations Federation targets
to promote and spread the technical tentacles of the sport in
affiliate countries.
‘The training course will help us a lot to supervise the game of
volleyball in the Gambia and we are expecting a good number of female
participants. The course will be facilitated by FIVB and the GVBF will
be the supervisor in the week long intensive program. International
expert Johaan Huber from Austria will be conducting the training
program and 20 participants are invited all over the country to take
part in the course,’ AlfusaineyJarjue SG to the FIVB says.]]>
