WORK PERMIT ISSUES DELAY GAMBIA DUO’S SENEGAL DEAL

Prospects for Bun Sanneh and AbdoulieJallow, a Gambian duo, formally joining the Senegalese club Generation Bun SannehAbdoulieJallowFoot is being delayed by the issue of work permit, Foroyaa Sport can reveal.

The pair was being tried by the Dakar outfit and forced their way into Generation Foot coach’s thinking who have offered them loan contracts believed to last until the end of the current season.

Academie Generation Foot trading in the second tier defied the odds becoming the first club from the third division to clinch the Senegalese FA Cup. They outshone Casa Sport of the topflight to the title, consequently booking them a place in the CAF Confederation Cup qualifiers.

And ahead of a maiden appearance in the continental cup, the club is ardent on refreshing its squad and is on the brink of finalizing signing Real de Banjul’s Jallow and Sanneh.

However, according to information intimated to Foroyaa Sport, the process of securing the duo’s services is being current delayed by bureaucracy with securing work permits.

Gamtel’sBiranJobe who passed his trial, has long being cleared having received his paper work and recently scored in Generation Foot recent demolition of AS Pikine.

Should the duo’s move, which according to an insider appears likely, it will see a significant soar in the number of Gambian players seeking new pastures in Senegal’s leagues.
