A number of Foroyaa Supplements which should have been read by all state and non state actors, have shown the way forward on how the Constitution was rejected on the second reading at the National Assembly could serve as a working document for the introduction of a new Bill.
All citizens and friends of The Gambia should waste no time in appealing to the executive to lay a government Bill at the National Assembly for review after publication in The Gambia Gazette. What is required now is advocacy for the Bill to be published in the Gazette as required by the Constitution.
Foroyaa will continue to raise the issue with the executive.
