Young nurses with their certificates are not immediately absorbed into hospitals in the country even though there is dire need for them in hospitals. They have to wait for Boards to appoint them to render service to the country as if they are not part of the public service. The government needs to look into the discrimination that such nurses are subjected to due to bureaucratic arrangement that separates the different branches of the public service without standardizing their condition of service into the working of these boards and the disadvantages it causes on those who rely on them for service.
They should be a unified serve for all employees of the Ministry of Health irrespective of their status.
