WHAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VACILLATION IN APPOINTING AND REMOVING MINISTERS?
First the Minister of Higher Education was removed. Before the July 22 anniversary which witnessed awards for recitations he was made Minister of Religious Affairs. When the anniversary was in full bloom he was again made Minister of Higher Education while retaining the portfolio of religious affairs. We are still struggling to understand what is leading the executive to be making these contradictory decisions. It certainly does not appear logical to us.
