63

The president tried to reshuffle his cabinet by moving the minister of trade to defence and the Auditor General to Trade. The Auditor General however, declined the offer. This has brought about the crisis that leaves the Ministry of trade without a holder and the Auditor General without an office. What is going to happen next is still unanswered. The opportunity now exists for the government to go back to the drawing board and do what is best for the country.

The Attorney General is the principal legal adviser of the government. It is anticipated that the government will seek and receive good advice before drawing any conclusion on this matter.
