Political parties have been holding Congresses to enable their members to participate in internal party Democracy. This is happening at a time when the PANDEMIC is seen to be taking a second turn.
The Government needs to come up with a strategy on how to handle the next wave. We should not be caught unprepared to handle the next wave.
