Toubabo nets brace in massive club win

Gambian striker Mustapha Toubabo Jarju was a major influence in his club’s downing of fellow third tier sideToubabo nets Rupel Boom on Sunday.

Jarju scored with doubling of his club Sporting Hasslet’s advantage after they raced into the lead few minutes into the game.

It was the 29-year-old typical way of announcing himself at a new club whom he joined on a free transfer following his legal battle with former club Pavlador, a Kazakh premier league outfit.

The attacker was again at it scoring the final goal to send Hasslet 4-1 up with just 63 minutes gone with a stupendous lobbing over the goalkeeper to the back of the net. The effort sees an increase in Jarju’s goal tally to three in just two games of recent.

The feat, the Gambian star insists in post remarks, is results hitting the gym on double session to fast-track himself to hundred percent match fitness after sitting for months without kicking a ball.
