By Sulayman Bah Former Gamtel forward Ali Sowe taken out on loan again by his Ali SoweSerie A top flight club ChievoVerona. The 19-year-old forward played no part in Verona’s campaign in the Italian premier division spending the entire of last season on loan at relegated Juve-Stabia. At Juve, he starred in thirty-six matches scoring five times but still couldn’t help stop the club from demotion to the third tier. Ali’s performances for the club failed to retain the club status, but received rave reviews generating interest from a number of suitors almost sealing a move to Carpi last January transfer. It was hoped his display will see him stay put with Verona at the elapse of his season-long loan contract with the gaffer thought to be considering incorporating the Gambian to add fire power to his strike force. But a sudden change of heart of Verona’s coach Corini in June sealed the faith of the attacker with the club sending Ali out on loan again this time to Pascare –a club in the second tier. Ali is handed the club number forty jersey with his deal to run until the end of the new season.]]>
