The maiden Serekunda East Sports Development Organization (SESDO) women nawettan (local football) has reached the semis stage and the organisers have scheduled this Sunday for the encounters.
Both matches will be played on Sunday in the morning at the Serekunda East Mini Stadium. The first match will be between Nema United and Bena Bundung at 9 am, while Tallinding United will play against Fajikunda United in the second encounter at 10 am. The winners in the semis will meet in the final.
The five-team nawettan – which started on Saturday, November 12, 2022 – saw Waa Abuko fall short of points to book a place in the semis. The maiden tournament is being organised by SESDO in collaboration with the Scorpion TV and Gam Women Football Fan TV.
