Real de Banjul return fixture with Africa club champions ES Setif has
been scheduled for April next month.
The Gambian side travels to Algeria for the second-leg after been held by the North African outfit to a one-all stalemate at home in Banjul.Real first raced ahead with Ablie Jallow nestling in the game’s opener
before ESS equalized twenty-five minutes from time after the hosts had
disappointingly switched to the back foot apparently contended with
their fragile lead.
The return match is billed for April 3rd at the 25,000 Stade 8 Mai
1945 seater stadium, according to the Gambian club, with kickoff tipped for
19:30 GMT.
Ivorian referee Dennis Dembele takes center stage of proceedings aided
by MoussaBayere and Marius Donatien Tan. TangbaKambou will be the
fourth official while António Mendes of Guinea-Bissau will act as the
match commissioner.
Real De Banjul needs to score and avoid conceding to stand any hope of
qualification in the return leg in Algeria.
The capital-based side reached the first round qualifiers after
thumping Liberia’s champions Barrack Young Controllers in the
