Foroyaa has been reliably informed that money is disbursed to begin another round of purchasing nuts. QMoney claims that its agents are placed close to groundnut buying agents, however, farmers in the North Bank who are interviewed claim that they are still travelling long distances to cash out money paid to their QMoney wallet after their nuts have been purchased. Urgent attention should be given to the complaints of the farmers. A system must be capable of addressing the concerns of the stakeholders.
