Is the stock of fertiliser exhausted?

QUESTION OF THE DAY

Farmers in the North Bank and Central River Regions are complaining of not only the actual price they buy the fertiliser but its scarcity. They have been buying from middle persons who have the means of transportation at a price of D800 or more. Those who still wish to buy fertiliser have been to centres designated by the National Food Security and Corporation (formerly GGC) but have not found it there. Some are desperate for fertiliser. They are willing to work and produce more which will safeguard food security and reduce poverty.

Is the stock of fertiliser exhausted?  Is there no other stock of fertiliser? Foroyaa will find out.
